Can't add Profile Cover image - Something went wrong. Please try again.

Hi

I just installed RC4 on my server, and I'm trying to upload a image to profile cover.

Clicking Cover Photo > Upload Photo shows the modal window, after some seconds returns the error "Something went wrong. Please try again."

Is this a known bug or something happening only with me?

I'm using RC5 and I get the same error.
