IPS Marketplace [Integrate Button]

I was looking around the marketplace and there are some nice new IPS4 additions.  A thought came to mind.  For the FREE items:  what if there was an "integration voting button" which would gauge the interest in adding the feature to IPS4.  So, if the community really liked an addition that someone created, community members could vote on it and the highest voted features would be added to IPS4 (or at least seriously considered by the IPS team) - kinda like a "Change.org".
