craigf136 Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Are you a community in the cloud customer or are you a self hosted customer? I.e. do you have a hosting package from IPS or do you have your own domain, hosting package elsewhere with a different webhost?

Andrej Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Then you need to submit a ticket and request an upgrade by going to the Support tab and then clicking the 'New Request' button.
craigf136 Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Then it is all managed by IPS and you cannot run the RC version of IPBV4 (I think anyway). You will need to use 3.4.7 until IPS offer the oppurtunity to hosted clients to switch (which they will take of for you, as I understand).

As I said above one only need to submit a ticket whenever they want to upgrade to the 4.0 RC release. This is pointed out in this topic:

This is pointed out in this topicI appreciate that and thanks for highlighting the topic and pointing out about cloud customers submitting a support request (something I missed). I did say I thought it wasn't available to cloud customers but that's obviously not the case.
