walnut100 Posted March 12, 2013 Share Posted March 12, 2013 Hey guys, One of my users offered to write an IRC snooper using an RSS feed from the forums, only for us to find out that IPS' RSS functionality is pretty barebones and kinda bad We'd love to have the option to export an RSS feed that can store a link to the latest post in a topic along with who posted and the name of the topic sorted by time of last post WITHOUT having to write a hook for a custom RSS export Right now you can set it up for some of the information, but you don't get a link to the last post in the topic specifically, and you don't get the topic creator's info either Just some more fleshed out RSS support in general would be greatly appreciated. This software is so ahead of the curve in some ways but it's way behind in some others, this is one of the big holes in IPS Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
