XML-RPC API Doc, small change.

I only post this as I hit this, and I hit it bloody hard.

Can we please have a section added below 'Adding Functions' labeled 'Adding Modules' that says simply:

When creating new API Modules, take note to NOT use _ in the api module key/directory name.

Otherwise, refer to interface/board/modules/ipb/(the 'ipb' module) for a functional example.

It took me whipping together a test case module labeled 'bug' for a bug report to realize what the issue was. :blush:

The API user would never save the methods with a _ in the api module key.
