Many times warn members is a repetitive action over and over again, and the member note is always the same in all cases. Por example, when I warn a member for "Signature Violation", the member note is always like "Please modify your signature because it infringes signature rules. You can find the signature rules here. Blah blah blah..."

So it could be added a default member note in each reason page in the adminCP and this note is loaded when choosing a reason in the warning page.

I would say most would put very vague and impersonal default notes. Something that would be forgotten or not understood.
