Sonya*
One year ago I have seen here a thread where default Help File Management was discussed. It was addressed that help file management should be a bit "moderator friendly". Means that moderators can create and extend it themselves. I would be a nice feature if questions and answers can be edited in rich text mode and not in RAW HTML. Thus moderators could collaborate on help files and organize them without administrator help and without HTML knowledge. Is it something that is on the roadmap? m3rk0rd
Fantastic idea! Although it would be good to implement a permission system so moderators only had access to the help files you wanted to give them access to.
Jυra
I would be against the idea if it has anything to do with RTE editing.I don't know why my post keeps adding extra [ / i ] I'm so confused.
Sonya*
@Jura, I have the same difficulties with editing here. However, if RTE would work fine I do not see why RTE could not be an option for Help Files? And the idea with the permission is also good. Indeed, sometimes we need help files that do describe anything that only certain user group can use.
