It has been 5 days since we first started a support ticket. Nothing to date has been resolved and our forum is not functioning.
Slow response to every reply..
It has been almost 10 hours since supprots last reply!!!
Very unprofessional and highly irratating.
Can you please provide the ticket number to me through private message? What you are describing sounds highly unusual and I would be happy to follow up on the ticket to find out what is going on. :)
