MarcusH Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 no im not, but the Client Lounge, disappeared for me. oo i just noticed 3.4.0 Beta 1 in the corner maybe thats why the forums are being a bit weird you're also listed as a visitor
.Ian Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 You account does not appear to be linked to your client area - maybe something has gone wrong and so your email address for example is different. Hence why you are showing as a visitor and not a client. If it is not something you have altered, you might wish to submit a ticket to accounts so that they can look into your account :)

We noticed yesterday that a mistake on our end though was letting people whose licenses had expired still have access to areas of the forums which were meant to be for customers only, so this could very well be intentional.

Hello, I will submit a support request. I've two licences : only one has expired
