.Ian Posted October 24, 2012 Share Posted October 24, 2012 You account does not appear to be linked to your client area - maybe something has gone wrong and so your email address for example is different. Hence why you are showing as a visitor and not a client. We noticed yesterday that a mistake on our end though was letting people whose licenses had expired still have access to areas of the forums which were meant to be for customers only, so this could very well be intentional.
