SmackDaddy70 Posted March 24, 2012 Posted March 24, 2012 After updating to IPB 3.3 and installing this, when I click "Edit Member" in their profile, I get the following error: Error: Could not load template 'modControls' from group 'modcp' Not sure what's wrong as now, when I uninstall, recache, it still shows.....just at a loss right now. Any idea? When it's installed and I click the "Pencil Icon" (edit) of the hook, i get the following error up top twice in the admincp:Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/mysite/public_html/forums/admin/sources/classes/output/adminOutput.php on line 1809

Adriano Faria Posted May 2, 2012 Author Posted May 2, 2012 Can't reproduce. I installed this hook in 5 boards I use and all of them is ok. Weird. The version available on my board/language doesn't have this issue; that's why I couldn't reproduce. Fixed on 2.1.2.

EDIT: about the ticket, nevermind. If you have a hook installed, IPS will always say that it isn't their problem.

I just can't understand something : looks like when my supermodetors want to edit a member's secondary groups, they only see a part of those groups. I mean, I have about 20 groups, and they only see something like 10 groups. Is that normal ? BTW, are my members who have only access to a part of the Admin CP, but not the "Members" tab, able to edit those settings ? Thanks a lot for your great mod ! Regards, Atsuki.
TSilva Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 The same thing happened at my forum. Only 3 groups appeared as options so I had to uninstall the hook before people got moderator powers by accident.

Reinstall the hook and when this IMPOSSIBLE thing happens, let me know... you certainly deserve an award. Honestly, you shouldn't go around talking about something that you don't have the slightest knowledge! Remain silent is sometimes the smartest thing to do.

Actually, I have two supermoderators, and one of them gets the enhanced edits, but can only assign a few secondary groups (as not all groups appear), though the other one doesn't get any of the enhanced edit options. =/
Adriano Faria Posted August 26, 2012 Author Posted August 26, 2012 I can't reproduce your problem... I use this hook since IP.Bosrd 3.0.0 in its first version. I REALLY don't know how to fix something that doesn't happen to me. I'm 100% sure that is some problem of permissions on your board, since this hook ONLY checks permissions to list its stuff.
