Resize the Header

Hi!

I was thinking tonight how it would be nice if the header did not cause so much wasted space on IPB 3.2. So, I mocked up my recommendation for the new, improved header for 3.2.3. Here it is:

I see where you're coming from, but the black really improves the design IMO.

I think that most would agree that Facebook is he largest and most successful community on the internet. Their masthead/header is the same size as just the black bar on the default skin. In the new era of the Internet, content is king.

It's a great thing that we can customize it to our tastes, isn't it?
