Automatically friend approved

When adding a friend by default IPB has it set up to automatically approve you as a friend.
Example: Member A requests to be friends with Member B, Member A will be approved without Members B confirmation/acceptance.
This can be trouble some because then you will have certain people who will just start adding members/staff just to have a big
"friends" count (I've seen this happen quiet a bit).

This can easily be fixed by changing the default setting to having Member B confirm before Member A is added.
I am aware that there is an option for this in the ACP but many member don't change this until this has already occur to them.
