You could do it by adding lines to your .htaccess file:

Redirect 301 /help http://community.invisionpower.com/index.php?app=core&module=help
Redirect 301 /boardrules http://community.invisionpower.com/index.php?app=forums&module=extras&section=boardrules
Redirect 301 /navigation http://community.invisionpower.com/index.php?app=core&module=global&section=navigation&inapp=core

It works when you type /help and you will be moved to /index.php?app=core&module=help

But this has nothing with my topic. I want to get rid off URLs.
