chilihead
When your paid Chat license is active, and your Board license expires, why does Chat act as expired? (Users see an expired key message)
Collin S.
If you have a paid chat package, you should still be able to use it until it expires. Please email accounts@invisionpower.com so that we can assist you with this.
chilihead
It doesn't work that way. My Board expired, and exactly at midnight members could not enter Chat. The message said the key expired, and to contact the admin. I do not need help regarding this, thought you would like to know. bfarber
As mentioned in the bug report, there's a reason it happened on *your* account (it is because you had the 5 free user license attached to the IP.Board package that expired, not the paid chat package). chilihead
That's not correct. I swapped everything around after the board expired. The Chat 50 was in the Board that is now expired. I associated it to and entered the new license key on the current Board. I can guarantee my Chat 50 expired with the Board that expired. If you want I can set my current Board up with the expired license so you can see. Tracker updated.
bfarber
As mentioned in the report, best to work the issue through a ticket. We'd need to work from your account to identify any issues with your licenses.
