As far as I know there is no easy way to say add or remove the ability for all moderators to see IP addresses or use the soft-delete options. For security one should be able to restrict al moderators easily or give them new powers when new features are introduced to IPB. Heck it is even difficult to add and find out who moderates which forum, as whilst through a combination of clicks one can display the moderators as soon as you edit one, they all vanish so one has to resort to opening in new tabs.
