[Feature request] Click user, chat now

It would be nice to be able to see when a user is online you could click on a icon to chat now with them. Example, click a chat now button and a pop-up would appear on the user being requested to chat that says something like "Member xxx wishes to chat with you now."

I like this idea. When people see no one is in the chat room they are unlikely to use it, but if they see a member online they are friendly with and could invite them to chat with a click, I think it would increase use.
