I do not understand what "upgrade my purchase for personal use" means. I purchased this skin a while back - and see that it will not be upgraded to 3.2.0. What does "upgrade my purchase" mean for me?? Thanks

It means that you can upgrade it to 3.2.0 yourself and only for yourself. So if you upgraded it, you cannot re-sell it or re-distribute it.
