'Your Packages' in client area

Hi,

It would be really useful if we could move up and down our packages in the client area.

When you have several it would be nice to see each forum grouped together, so allowing them to be moved up and down would help.

Also in relation to the client area - would be nice if old tickets could be deleted, especially when we did not create them and they contain potentially confidential information.
