Thanks, unfortunately I follow the youtube example and still nothing changes (except my status update is not functional anymore).

I've never used the merger before but if you need support, I'm sure someone else will help you out that has had a little more experience with it.

If it was just the skin css issue, that would be ok and easy to fix. But there is more to it. I don't understand why status updates don't work on a custom skin. In fact the custom skin is posting old status updates. That's pretty screwed up.

My merger didn't work either, and I followed it to the video exactly.

Took my 3.0.5 install that had 5 custom 3.0.5 skins on it. Generated the merge report for the first skin, nothing was conflicting so I said "resolve all custom wins" then I committed all changes. Refreshed that custom skin and nothing changed :(
