Would be cool if i click for example to Email it marks/unmarks all the options in column and not clicking one by one :)

Should be in the feedback forum, but for simplicity, it would be nice to click one and have all check/uncheck.

We can't do that. You are allowed to have multiple notification options for each notification type. i.e. just because you check email, how should we know you don't also want to be notified inline?

A check all box for each column though is a good idea.

I think he meant per column. At least, that's how I took it. If he meant it how you took it then no, that'd defeat the purpose of being excessively notified.
