Something like featured entries (or blogs) we could have "featured topics". OK, for example we have some very important topics and admin wants that those topics were on index board, so all members and guests will find them very easy. We could have an hook on right sidebar with Top 10 featured topics, like hook Newest topics.

I'm working on a new mod that will make something like that... the difference is that the user will decide which topics he wants to see there.
