However, there are a few people that are reporting problems of not being able to see what they are posting/writing in the chatroom? One user can type, but can't see what they are typing until it is posted. Another user cannot see what they are typing or once it has posted, but the rest of the chatroom can? Any suggestions? I was wondering if it had to do with the color settings? Is there a way to change the contrast of the text-box area? Thank you, -Wendy.
Management Charles Posted January 10, 2010 Management Posted January 10, 2010 Can you have your users provide specifics (browser, OS, plugins, skin they're using on your community, etc.) and see if you can reproduce the issue? If so you can post a bug report.
bfarber Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 I'd actually recommend a ticket before a bug report. Since I can't reproduce here or locally, I'd want to get into your site to try to reproduce, and for that I'd need login details which you wouldn't want to post publicly.

In IE they can see everything, hear sounds, but can't type anything due to not seeing the "input box". I'm getting some screen shots to post." alt="" class="ipsImage" width="1000" height="144">
