This is a Download System Application where users may upload files and then decide what groups/members can have download access to their files. The permissions work differently than any other download application in that permissions are set per file instead of being in a category. This is the perfect solution of file distribution for those who have specific users to access specific files. This system works really well with the iCommerce System 3.0.x. If/when someone purchases a file that you may have for sale, you can grant that specific user access to the file after you have verified payment.

The difference between this version and the previous version (IPB v2.3.x compatible): Admins may only remove a file, all other access is governed by the file uploader.
