I think having the option to adjust the skin list order would be a nice enhancement. This way ppl who want to keep their skin list in some sort of order can do so w/o having to install them in that order. Would really be useful when adding new skins at later dates as well.

Agreed! The should have been implemented a long time ago. What a pain to have to reinstall them just to move the order around. Especially when everything else in the admin panel is drag and drop.
