That's a "right-to-left" language, and the post might be reflecting that somehow?

It's the backwards question mark. It's fooling the forum into thinking that it's going right to left, and therefore it's putting the pages backwards. It's not really a fixable issue.

That's not something the user did. All they can do is create the post title (and subtitle). Unless I'm missing something obvious....

I think it is better in some ways to have last page first and vice versa. It saves people who have already read most of the topics to go straight to the last page instead of going through all the replys to read it.
