Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt November 11, 2024
Management Charles Posted June 20, 2008 Management Posted June 20, 2008 Sorry about that. We'll get it fixed... not sure how we missed it :)
Mat Barrie Posted June 21, 2008 Posted June 21, 2008 Bug with paid mods too - they've got "File Type: -" and a red X (eek!) for the file type icon. Very ugly. Example here
AndyF Posted June 21, 2008 Posted June 21, 2008 Bug with paid mods too - they've got "File Type: -" and a red X (eek!) for the file type icon. Very ugly. Example here Try hard refreshing the page (CTRL +F5) , that missing image (the $ icon) was fixed yesterday. I just looked again at the link you provided and I can see the image fine. :)
sunrisecc Posted June 21, 2008 Posted June 21, 2008 I just tried the same link and received the same error. Right-clicking on the missing graphic and selecting properties tells me that the graphic is unavailable. All refreshes did not help. The path to the graphic appears incomplete - http://resources.invisionpower.com/public/...images/default/. I am using IE7. With FF3, I see File Type ( - ) to the right of File Type.

Yes I see that is missing now. I thought it was the gold $ symbol that was missing... :)
Alex Posted June 21, 2008 Posted June 21, 2008 Again, it won't be our highest priority but its because if its a paid mod, there is no download hosted at IPSR, meaning there is no MIME type available, and therefore that image doesn't display. I'll see what we can do though :)
Alex Posted June 21, 2008 Posted June 21, 2008 Okay, ignore my post above, I have just made a few changes to that template. If it is a paid resource, the fields File Type, File Size, and Downloads, will no longer be shown. I have also made a check to see what button to display, if its a paid resource, the download button will now say Visit Website, and if it isn't a paid resource, it will say the usual Download Now. Hope that helps a bit :)
