I have no dl access to the IPS Resources Site or the client area here, however I can access the Client area on the home page just fine.
And after searching around here, I tend to think it is faster to ask here rather then submit a support ticket (though I dont mind doing that either).

I thought maybe it was just a permission setting here or something that was keeping me from downloading anything from the IPS Resources Site or getting into the Client Lounge.
It probably is, but by submitting a ticket we can cross reference your accounts.
Be sure you are logging in here with the same email address you use for the client area too btw
