I just paid for the license and it says 'payment received' on the invoices page but when I go to products it says its still inactive.
Is it normal that its unactive even after payment? Thanks in advance. :)

Its for fraudalent checks. The staff manually validate payments. Its not a automated service :)

Really? mine have always immediately gone through... my most recent purchase being made a few days ago. Strange.

When an *extremely* low fraud score comes through I think it is sometimes automated, but MOST purchases are manually approved (especially for new customers).
