June 16, 200718 yr You may send an email to - support[at]invisionpower.com and let them details which might serve to identify, after than, they will re-set the password and change your e-mail adress.

July 1, 200718 yr I sent the email on the 16th of June. I'm not that naive expecting a reply within 24 hours, but 1+ week is ridiculous.
July 1, 200718 yr Do you have the ticket number? I know that there are no tickets that have been around that long, so I'm quite confident it was replied to, or somehow didn't make it. Make sure you check your spam box... I also know there were some problems with the sending of mail through the client area. Let me know the ticket number and I'll take a look.
July 4, 200718 yr I don't have a ticket number, thats the issue! I can't get in to the client center. I never recieved an auto responce from the email client on two attempts.All other mail sends okay. I'm using "support[at]invisionpower.com".Is this correct??
