[Suggestion] ACP restrictions per usergroup (as well as per user). (we have lots of admins and all of them don't need access to everything- it'd be easier to put say, 'skinners' into a 'skinner' usergroup and only give access to the skin area)

Yes this feature is very much needed, i suggested it (here) a while back.

I'd say that's a must-have feature, not to mention a huge time-saver!

I agree too I suggested too a long time ago, but for some reason its not been added. I would like it added too, because it should be per group and per person just like the moderation features per forum.
