IPS Account Centre Profile Information Not Saving

Just so you're aware...

Go to https://www.invisionpower.com/customer/inde...section=account

Click "Edit my Contact Information". Change details and update. Move to "My Downloads" and then return to "Edit my Contact Information". When I've done it, several times now to be sure, the information hasn't saved.

This is correct I had to call IPS last month to get the problem fixed when my account information couldn't update.

I change my name to David in my profile hit the update button
Then I went to Your Downloads Section then I went to the Your Profile
I saw my name was still Tom

If your name is Tom, why did you change it to say David?

Incidentally, I had this problem a while back when updating my phone number - it fixed itself eventually.
