Posted February 24, 200717 yr Just so you're aware...Go to https://www.invisionpower.com/customer/inde...section=accountClick "Edit my Contact Information". Change details and update. Move to "My Downloads" and then return to "Edit my Contact Information". When I've done it, several times now to be sure, the information hasn't saved.
February 24, 200717 yr This is correct I had to call IPS last month to get the problem fixed when my account information couldn't update. I change my name to David in my profile hit the update buttonThen I went to Your Downloads Section then I went to the Your ProfileI saw my name was still Tom
