[Suggestion] Upload limits

Suggestion for IPB :)

I think that upload limits should be adjustable per file type (probably could be added to the edit attachment type screen) , or at least per file type group (images / compressed files) etc

Reason... Its very sensible to have this adjusted per file type. Its too restrictive to have it too low as sometimes members might want to upload say a 2mb zip or something but you wouldnt want them to upload a huge 2mb jpeg. This is something i do hugely miss from VB.
