Here are some of the errors I got...

under "If paying annually", the monthly charge is same as those paying monthly. Since paying for a year can receive a 10% discount, shouldn't the monthly charge reflect that as well?

Another error is:

In this page, http://hosting.ipslink.com/shared.html ... the website hosting package name are "Lite", "Moderate" etc

But in this table: http://hosting.ipslink.com/compare_shared.html ... the name are different, they are "Entry", "Personal" etc

If you go to the client center then look at the title of every page, it says:

It should not have an apostrophe in there, as that is "it is". It should read:

When submitting a ticket, and being redirected to the FAQ page - the following error is sent down the page many times:

Heres just a small fix...

On the Management page, in the different levels/categories (breadcrumb) the link to the homepage is using the "htp://" protocol.

There needs to be an explanation of the 404 message, versus just saying "File Not Found"... e.g.: http://www.invisionpower.com/somerandomlink redirects to http://www.invisionpower.com/ip.dynamic/corporate/404.html, which states the "File Not Found" message.

The links are not working. They give a 404 Error. The links to either are;

http://invisionzone.com/ should redirect to http://hosting.ipslink.com/ as the http://invisionzone.com/ page currently is not a pretty sight to see.

Do you know how long it will be until the Blog, Gallery and Downloads will be on the Demo? I would like to demo the blogs and gallery, as I may want to purchase.

All these bugs are in Safari 2.0.4 on OS X 10.4.8 at approximate browser resolution of 1168x708.

1. When viewing a knowledge base article, there's no spacing between that and the IPS Beyond information below it.

2. On 'Your Feedback', the page goes completely off.

3. The menu at the top of the site doesn't work correctly, the arrow is floating in the middle of nowhere.

4. The piracy page views really badly (http://www.invisionpower.com/__ipd_directory/index.php?component=piracy&do=show_form).


5. Some of the boxes on the site don't have any padding at the top.


6. The Service Standards run into the box.


7. Some of the Knowledge Base articles are dropped onto the next line.

On the Community Hosting page, it shows the following in the links: IPS, Inc. > Hosting > Website Hosting
