You think you have it, but your missing what the errors are telling you.CHMOD this file: admin_functions.phpAnd CHMOD this folder: uploadsBoth to 777.Also, when you do this, please let me know if you are able to use a skin...I am unable to add a skin, it just times out, and never finishes loading. cmanns Posted November 16, 2006 Share Posted November 16, 2006 The problem relies on the files I believe, try re uploading & try a fresh install...my 2.1.7 had tha..even though I changed the files BUT I upgraded the database to 2.2 version and it works =OI've only had this problem once tho.
