Does upgrading have to take so long.....

Ive just upgraded to RC3 and i uploaded everything in the 'upload' folder.
Do you only need to upload the 'delelopment' folders and the 'upgrade' folder in the 'upload' folder? or all or it?

All of it.

The development dir is uncompressed jave scripts. Not to be uploaded.

After uploading and ovewriting ur server files with latest version, make sure u run
/upgrade than a wizard will start. It should be over in less than 20min for average
sized forums.
