I think it would be really nice if you could set comments next to IP bans, so you could leave a note for yourself or other admins saying who/what was IP banned, why, etc.

Lots of times I have to ban an IP because someone it getting a time out but I want to remove it later. But lots of spammers I want to leave banned.

I still hope they put this in 2.2, or some near-future version of IPB.
