I want to say that i liked the new members profile look very much and am intersting in the new I.P.Board ver 2.2

Agreed, I don't understand why they added this in and yet other often requested features like FURL'd links or points systems get pushed over to vairous community modders.

I actually really like the way it is right now and I think IPB took some well deserved cues from the very sexy Last FM site or just happed by coincidence to look very similar to their profile pages with even the tabs, friends & shoutbox being in the same place...... take a look for yourself at my Last FM Profile Page! :)

Hey if the profiles help attract more users, sure. MySpace is nowheres near this, where MySpace is self centered, IPB is still community centered.

What is a hi5 look anyway, if you want a hi5 look so bad then you can just modify your skin a little as I can pretty much guarantee that 99% of IPS's customers probably don't want a hi5 look.

Ok, looked at it, other than the colors looks pretty much the same to me, places for friends, personal info, etc.

I think any additions to the personal profile are best left as mods.

Good idea but they must change this look to make it better , and then we will change the colors by changing the Skin/Style

I'm not understanding what you mean by Design. If you are just talking about the layout of the page I'm sure when you get the 2.2 install you can make it look however you want with some skin edits.

The design of that hi5.com is horrible in my opinion....2.2 is better....

Last FM Profile Page

Yeh looks like last fm. You see how the journal has been integrated into the users profile page? One of my suggestions was to have the blogs be apart of the user profile in the future instead of only pulling the lastest entries e.g. blogs and gallery would be like a plugin to the user profile. It would simplify things :)

I checked new profile page, there is lots of free space in the bottom and commentes and recent views should be display like 3-5 in on raw instead on 1 in 1 raw,

I mean this should be in Horizzontal instead of vertical.
