IPS4 500 errors after a test forum upgrade from 3.4.8

Hello, i have enabled php display_errors so i can see what is with all these 500 errors i get while manually running tasks of my large test database and i see:

See this - Jeff Mack fixed it by clearing the datastore folder, but a request was made by IPS to raise a ticket if issue seen again.

Ah and i also get this:

After pruning something like 14k users and with 2k remaining it seems i cannot log in ACP anymore, i only get:
