Please upload a fresh set of files from your client area, then try visiting /admin/upgrade again. This would indicate that for some reason the files were not downloaded or unpacked properly on the server

found the problem sent invite to standard user and that worked it doesn't send invites to admin it just adds them to the groups automatically but thanks for your help
