"Everyone can see the club and its posts, but only members can post. Users must be invited by the leader."
*A user who is not a member of a club can comment on the club's blog - why?
** On the forum - comments are closed to non-members!

You can't; there is no option/setting for this but there goes a tiny plugin to do it:
Remove New Images Block in Gallery Index 1.0.0.xml
