  1. Hi Everyone- I am getting the following message...... Some of the source files for Invision Community have been modified. /home/rockokym/public_html/applications/forums/sources/Topic/Topic.php /home/rockokym/public_html/system/Node/DelayedCount.php You should download an unmodified copy of those files and upload them to your server. Once that is done, check if the problem persists. I have downloaded the unmodified source files. Where do I need to put these on the server?
  2. Good evening- I'm running into the same situation again where the auto upgrade isn't working from v4.7.16 to v4.7.17. This time I am getting a message in the AdminCP stating... PHP 8.2+ Please be aware that this version of Invision Community does not support PHP 8.2/8.3/8.4. These versions may prevent you from upgrading to newer versions of Invision Community. Please downgrade your PHP version to the latest release of PHP 8.1 I've rechecked my PHP settings and I am on 8.1 Any thoughts why the auto upgrade is failing this time? Also, where can I find the How To on doing a manual upgrade? @Sonya* Any solutions this time around? 🙂
  3. @Sonya* That's exactly what it was. Thank you so much.
  4. Thank you. I bet that’s what it is because I did change the PHP version recent.
  5. Good afternoon, Does anyone have any ideas why I can't upgrade in the admin panel like I could in previous versions? It wants me to do the upgrade manually.
  6. You are correct. I disabled the app and the HTTP 500 errors go away. If I re-enable it then it comes back so I currently have it disabled while I am working with the author of the app. Thank you everyone for your guidance.
  7. Thank you for your insights. The server logs are showing the issue is related to our third-party theme that is installed. I have reached out the developer for assistance. PHP Fatal error: Declaration of IPS\Theme\clubsenhancements_hook_ceClubsTemplates::directory($featuredClubs, $allClubs, $pagination, $baseUrl, $sortOption, $myClubsActivity, $mapMarkers = null, $view = 'grid') must be compatible with IPS\Theme\class_core_front_clubs::directory($featuredClubs, $allClubs, $pagination, $baseUrl, $sortOption, $myClubsActivity, $mapMarkers = null, $view = 'grid', $mineOnly = false) in /home/rockokym/public_html/system/Theme/Theme.php(951) : eval()'d code on line 149
  8. Good evening, I recently updated my community to version 4.7.14 and now were getting constant "HTTP ERROR 500" error's. Issue #1 Whenever someone access's the site (www.rockstarsocialclub.net) they get the error but if you refresh after getting the error then the website loads. Issue #2 We can't get to our club's section (www.rockstarsocialclub.net/crews/) at all. Refreshing the website doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
  9. @Adriano Faria Thank you Buddy!
  10. @Marc Stridgen Whatever you did fixed the issue. My community has been upgraded successfully. THANK YOU Question- We use to have a menu called Calendar but I don't see that anymore. Was it renamed to Event by chance?
  11. @Marc Stridgen Go ahead and try it again. The access should be working now.
  12. @Marc Stridgen I will check the stored access information to make sure it is correct. I already beat you to the punch on this one. 🙂 I disabled all 3rd party applications back in March but that didn't do anything. The update still got hung up somewhere.
  13. Hi @Marc Stridgen I have started the upgrade again as you requested. Please look at your earliest convenience. Thank you
  14. Hi @Marc Stridgen I restored the website from a backup, so the website is currently online; however, we are still on version 4.6.9. The reason we are trying to upgrade is because we are having intermittent issues with the forum threads when users try to access them; however, if they refresh then they are able to see the forum section. The other issue is the calendar doesn't work at all anymore. Both issues are related to the following error. Error: Call to undefined method DateTime::getDateInformation() (0) #0 The first thing that is always asked when troubleshooting an issue is are on the latest version which we are not so that is what I have been trying to do is get our website up to the latest version which is 4.7.8 but I can't even get the new version installed as the still gets hung up somewhere. Namecheap/Cpanel is collecting the logs for me now. I will have them run the Invision community requirements checker as @Randy Calvert recommended. @Randy Calvert You're right. It might help if I post the error logs. lol I'll post back here shortly once I have all the information collected. Thank you for all your support so far.
  15. After reviewing the error logs, it states an issue with videobox+. We uninstalled videobox+ then reattempted the upgrade and it got stuck again. Last week, I turned off ALL customization on our website and tried it again and still failed. What else can I try? I am trying to upgrade from version 4.6.9 to 4.7.8 (Current version).
