Do quoted posts still show up like they do with the traditional block @Miss_B ?

I just click on my profile, then click on see all activity.  If I only want to see the threads I started, I click on topics.  This is the same setup for all of the members on the forum as well.

The list extends down to these choices.

I have added members manually to receive a private conversation.  Then, I edited the campaign and hit save, in hopes that the same people would receive the edited version of my message.  It did not work.  Is there a way to do this so I don't have to manually re-add the members every time I want to send the same people a new message?   I should add, I did not change the title, just edited the text.
