Hi - On the advice of your staff, I’ve tried installing Forum Adverts. Unfortunately, there’s a problem. After I followed the install procedure, I can see it in the ACP under System -> Site Features -> Applications. Problem though: it shows up under Applications Not Currently Installed….but I’m pretty sure I did install it; and, when I click the + button, I get this: 2C133/4 The application you are attempting to install appears to be installed already. To reinstall the application you must first uninstall it. I get a similar prompt when I hit the INSTALL button on your page. I want to uninstall and try again. The developer (Michale J.) is making the same recommendation…but there doesn’t appear to be a way to uninstall this. The developer asked me to see if you guys can help me remove it from my Applications directory. Any help would be appreciated. I’ve been trying to figure this out for a few days at this point. dB

Hi, Hisashi - Thanks so much for getting back so quickly! We installed the plug-in, but can’t find the controls anywhere. Looked in Marketplace and in the Marketplace, Integrations and Advertisements menus. Any insight? There’s a single review on the page for the plug-in. Said it didn’t work…?

Hi, guys - I installed the Facebook Login option a while back. It's been working fine. At one point, I enabled the Allow Admin CP logins option. That changed my login from the one I was using for the forums to my Facebook login credentials. I decided I didn't like that and turned it off; however, when I did that, my previous forum login credentials no longer gave me access to the ACP. I had to ask my webmaster to toggle the setting back on so I could regain access to the ACP...but now I have to use the Facebook access for the ACP, even though I'm not using it to access the forums. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks, dB

Hi, Matt - These are all excellent questions. I’m not sure I can answer all of them. We migrated from UBB Central. The metrics I’m looking at are Google. I’m not sure how to best share those. As far as crawl progress…that’s over my head, I’m afraid. What I can tell is that we had what appeared to be really steady organic traffic for years…and it appears to be dropping off a whole lot since we migrated. I would love to be able to pay a consultant to spend time helping me make sure I’m doing everything right. It’s heartbreaking to see this huge drop…and worse not being sure I fully understand what I’m seeing. dB

Hi - I migrated a 20+ year old community to Invision in January. We've had a very consistent flow of traffic on our previous site for years. Since migrating to Invision, I've noticed a steady drop off in traffic. Not a slight one, either - more than half - and not all at once, either. It seems to be steadily decreasing, specifically organic searches. Worse, I'm nowhere near as knowledgeable as I wish I were in these areas. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. dB

It's been resolved. The problem was in one of the settings of a couple of themes I had added because the way they were interacting with banner ads. Thanks, dB

Hi - A bunch of my members and I are experiencing a new problem. Navigating to another page in a thread yields a blank page. We then have to refresh, which reloads it properly. This is happening across multiple platforms and browsers. ? dB

I don’t believe so - pretty sure I haven’t touched the converters. dB
