  5. Hi, I just uploaded new reaction emojis. Now, the static emoji (to encourage people to like/love/react a post) is not showing up anymore. You can see the number of likes with the new emoji. But to see the new emojis "call to action", you need to pass over it. Otherwise: blank (check video below). Info: . I added very light emojis, square format, 100x100px, .png. .   6. Hi, Is it possible to create a direct link "add to cart" for a product in commerce. My situation: I'm creating a "sale page" where I would like to add a button "add to cart" for a specific product. But currently I can only add a link (not a button) which redirect to the product page. I would like to skip this step and add a button to add directly the product and land on the checkout/register/login page. Many thanks for your help, Olivier.

  8. Hi, Just bought the community map app, and I was wondering if there is a way to import .csv files with a name, location (and maybe custom fields) ? I saw the .kml files from google earth but it's not working in my case: I have a directory listing with 2.000+ items listed that I would like to import in community map. Is there a way to do that ?   10. Hi Daniel, Thank you. I didn't explain correctly what I need, sorry: I would like to remove some features so club owners can't have the possibility to add these features. I would like some of these features not to appear in the scrolldown menu of club managers. Hope you understand what I mean. Thank you again, Olivier
  11. Hi, I was wondering if someone knows how/if we can remove 1 (or several) Feature in the Club Management menu. Example: When someone manages a club he can add features to his club via the menu "manage club". I want to remove the possibility of adding some features like Page and/or Blog, to his club.   13. Hi Marc, In fact, all members I added in the past (100+) can access the content. Only the new ones (I think since I changed subscription by purchased product for registration), can't access. I don't want to use subscription anymore (because I can't use coupon in a proper way) for registration. Here is what I would like: - To add some old members manually so they have access to the content (like if they purchased a product) - For the new ones: if someone wants to register he has to buy one of the products I selected I removed temporaly the restriction "force a purchase for new registration". You should access admin properly now. Be aware that the platform is in production mode, so people needs to access the default application (video). So you can disable it for a few minutes to check but don't forget to reactivate it (even if it's not by default).
  14. Hi Marc, From the admin, I create a new member "add member" (screenshot below - in French) Did you check the 2 members I suggested ? They were added with the same manner, but at a different period. One has access to content (without adding a purchased product), one don't. The one who has access: Marguerite The one who doesn't : LauThi In fact, all new members I add currently, don't have access . It was not the case before. By the way, how can I add product purchases to those members ?
  15. You can check at these 2 profiles: LauThi > new member created today -> doesn't have access to content (platform asks to buy a product) Marguerite > new member created (few months ago) -> has access to content (platform doesn't ask to buy product)
  16. I just add some info: Members that I added few months ago are still able to access content (without having purchased products). It seems that only new ones (few weeks and days ago) have this problem. They log in and they land on the page to buy a product. FYI: I activated this requiring product purchase few days ago (before, I used the subscription system, but I decided to change for more flexibility).
  17. Hi, I set up my Invision Community Platform in a way that people need to purchase a product (recurring product) to register as a member. But, I already have hundred of members that I need to import manually (they already bought a product on an external service). I tried to add manually a member, from the PC admin, and these members can't access to the content (platform ask him to purchase a product). How can I bypass this ? so these members who already purchased the product via an external service, can access the content without the need to buy (again) a product. Thank you very much in advance for your help. Livio. PS: I tried to disactivate the "mandatory product purchase" and import members after. It works. But as soon as I reactivated the "mandatory product purchase", they instantly can't access the content anymore.

  22. Hi, I just created a Donation Goal with the Donation tool inside Invision Community (no external plugin). In the first step of the checkout, as information, it's only asked the phone number. How can I change that ? and replace by an email address and/or name ? Many thanks in advance, Livio.

  24. Hi, Everything is in the title 🙂 I would like to prioritize the registration option rather than the login fields on the checkout. Because I find this quite confusing for my new customers that are starting to enter their info and realize after that these fields are for returning members. Would like to invert these column on desktop and on mobile. Is it possible ? Thank you for your help ! Livio
