@Adriano Fariawhen adding a new "rank/usergroup upgrade" item and setting the duration to permanent, saving the item produces an error asking to verify the values. Opening an existing rule with the duration set to permanent, the same error is displayed. When an existing user purchases and uses the aforementioned item, it works, however, only until the forum or the plugin rechecks or validates entries ( seems to be done every hour ) and then the rank dissapears from the user profile, defaulting back to the rank the user had before.

Hi, I'd like to report a bug present in your membershop plugin. It's about the Pin Thread functionality - it doesn't work when you buy & redeem. Upon redeeming, the page seems to be loading until you refresh it, but there is no prompt to select a thread to be pinned. When you refresh the page, the item is not consumed, it's in your inventory, so that's fine, but once you try to redeem it again from your inventory, the same situation occurs - infinite loading with no end result. I would also like to request another feature, if possible - animated avatars. Add an item into the shop that permits the user to have an animated avatar as his profile picture with the .gif format, preferrably. Please let me know if you can add the animated profile picture feature and if you know of any fix (or if you are going to patch it) for the pin thread bug. Best regards, adik

Hello. As in the thread title - this feature was removed after the revamp going from version 3 to version 4. It was a very convenient one - you could make a custom group for a user that reaches the ban treshold set in the forum and then make a custom category/subforum for that person to appeal the ban. From version 4 forwards this is no longer possible as reaching the infraction treshold results in blocked access to the entire forum, forcing the banned user to use other means of communication to appeal their ban.
