On the front end, you can drag the Member Statistics widget onto any page.
In the ACP, there is a similar widget for the Dashboard.

Hey Russell,
In an ideal world Facebook would have an open embed endpoint and we could use that.
Sadly they don't, so you need to set up an App at Facebook and get it through approval.

To clarify, if you are doing that in a forum, it will give you notifications for new topics, but not new replies. You have to follow the topics themselves for new replies
