I am having the same problem on my site with forums that have letters such as 'š', 'đ', 'ž', etc.

I hadn't upgraded my forum for a while, and several days ago I updated to the latest version. Since then, there has been a problem with switching pages in forums. When someone clicks on a page number, e.g., 'Page 3,' nothing happens. The URL updates correctly, but the page remains the same. The only way to switch to a new page is to right-click on the page number and then select 'Open in New Tab.'

I tried clearing system caches and disabling third-party customizations.

That would be great, because currently moderators who edit points have special accounts just for that, which slows down the process a lot. When you have time send me those changes either here or in a private message. Thanks in advance!

I have a problem with the latest version of the Basic Points plugin. On my forum before updating, I had a "utility" group with permission to manage points, and I have given that group to specific moderators AS a secondary group, so they can modify points for any user. After the update, they no longer have that permission, they only have it IF I set that group to be their primary group which does not suit me at all, because it is only an utility group which aims to enable individual moderators/users to change the amount of points. So is there anything I can do to fix this? Or is there any alternative way to achieve the same results?

I am trying to improve my score on email spam test for my forum outgoing email.

Currently that site reports that my bounce address is: www@mail.my-domain.com , while it should be mail.my-domain.com

Is there any way i can change that / configure those email settings?

Or am i missing something?

Enabling "Trust IP addresses provided by proxies?" solved the problem. But i am wondering is it safe to leave this option on? It says:

I have a problem on my forum with user IP addresses. IPs are completely wrong, e.g. my IP, when I look on my forum, is not correct, the same goes for other users. This issue started a couple of months ago.

Another problem we are currently facing, which may or may not be related to the issue of IP, is the problem with the 520 error that sometimes occurs when we try to access the forum, this problem has started to appear recently.

We are running IPS forum since 2017. and we never faced this type of issues before.

Does anyone know what could be the problem? And is the problem related to IPS at all or maybe the problem is with the server?

I found the solution.

If anyone encounters this problem the solution is MySQL socket path defined in conf_global.php.

Yeah, that was a problem! Anyway, i changed system to CentOS, everything works perfect now!

I have one more question, what exactly do i need to do to enable this cURL? PHP version is 7.4 but it still saying this: You do not have the cURL PHP extension loaded or it is running a version less than 7.36. Enabling the cURL module provides a more efficient and reliable library for making connections from your website to other websites.

Hmm, im 100% sure that credentials are correct.

But, i have same problem with roundcube, credentials in config files are okay but it can't connect to DB.

I checked right now, only folder 'themes' have 777 permission, all other folders in forum directory have 755. Some files have less than 755.

I can't find any log about this problem... Im using debian 9, can that be a problem?

Thank you for your answer! Mysql details? Yes, everything is fine there. Which folder? I didn't changed permission of any folder, it is the same as on old server.

We have migrated our forum to the new server.

Database was transferred with mysqldump. Files were transferred with scp (zipped). Our wordpress site working good, but when we try to access forum it says: No such file or directory

What can be a problem? 

I can't find any log with more information.

Note: Directory path was changed. From: .../balkans1/.../forum to .../admin/.../forum

Okay i was just wondering is it fully compatible with 4.3. I know u posted earlier this month that there are no issues, but did something change in meantime? Is it safe upgrade?
