Have you considered an ACP module where you could cron all kind of bumps ? 
It would be very very useful for an admin to control bumps through a cron. This way I could have a list of, for example, 10 or 20 topisc that I want to bump during the week.
I could even charge users for bumping their topics, specially in my community that some topics are just classifieds. 
 
PS: I love this mod, it's very useful for my community since post owners can bump their topics without adding pointless posts

Question about Global Widgets, does it not support HTML?  I'm trying to create a guest message with two buttons, one for sign in and one for sign up but just shows the code instead.  
Also is it possible to add in a 2nd Top Global Widget?

I just bought the plugin.
But it is a bit different than what I am looking for.
This one setting is only good:
Pin first On
Pin first post after create topic   But the rest of the settings does not solve my problem. I want all topics to have 1st post pinned by default. Don't want/need mods/members need/can pin or unpin.   So maybe can get a setting that applies the changes to all the older topics? So yea something like simplier is what I am looking for - ALL TOPICS (including existing and future topics) have first post pinned by default.   Thanks,  

I'd be interested if we could set an ACP option to auto bump evert day/week/whatever.
