Hello, I've just done a zero installation because I've moved machine. I took the opportunity to go from .16 or .17 to .18. I see that members can make a ticket but when I click on make a request, I get an error saying that a department must be created in the adminCP. Also, in the adminCP, the ticket tab is removed. But in the search bar, I can find all the ticket elements, so I've created 2 departments but the error still exists. Why does this happen? I thought tickets would be removed in v15? What's more, patch .18 mentions a fix and not a removal for ticket requests? Thanks

With php -i , i receive php version 8.3.2 But in the adminCP - php info , is 8.1.27 In the cron job , i put in the crontad -e the text gived in the admincp , if is that you mean ?

Hello, Recently, IPS detected that cron was no longer completing tasks. After some research, I discovered with the logs that the problem came from init.php line 565 mb_internal_encoding() After several searches, they all said that php mbstring was required, which was already installed. However, I still tried to reinstall mbstring and did the updates along the way. I updated the core and then some applications were no longer adequate, old app using php7 So I want to delete them and I'm no longer able to delete any custom applications. I get an HTTP ERROR 500 page any idea how to fix the problem? thanks

I have seen that the products will be removed. I don't agree with this decision because you're still pushing us to pay for other external services, but that's not the point. Subscriptions are currently all linked to the same configuration. When upgrading configuration, all plans are linked. Is it or will it be possible, once you've removed the products, to create groups? Also to be able to take several different group plans? For example, if I take myself, it's possible to subscribe to the general site but also to a specific product that also contains its own updgrade. So there are 2 possible subscription groups giving specific advantages and also having the possibility of upgrading or downgrading each of them separately. Thank you

Hello everyone, I just install version 4.7.11.1 I've seen 2 things in the documentation that interest me. Courses and lessons and lives topics with a streaming option. However, when I go into my system, I don't see any options as indicated. I don't have the Course section in my adminCP. and in my moderation module, I don't have the LiveTopic option. Why don't I see this? Is this an old version that no longer exists? Thanks

I'm disappointed to learn that the ticket system will be removed in future versions. I understand the general reason but personally the current integrated system is perfect and sufficient for my needs. It doesn't need to be redone, but it doesn't need to be removed either. An external ticketing system is expensive and when you're a startup, it may not be possible to afford an external system. They offer more than invision does, but it may not be necessary. I don't know what the Commerce module has in store for the future, but one of the reasons I bought it is precisely because of the integrated ticket system (even if it's basic). Everything in one place. My customers don't have to open their mailboxes and write a support email or check their email waiting for an answer. Everything is integrated. To gives them the same feeling, which requires integration, workflow, API, an external system that offers this and a customer portal on which customers won't need to create another external account. All this is very expensive. The help you offer to help the changes is wonderful, but one point not to forget is the costs.
